1. What the service is
ValoraZap lets service providers create quotes, share a public link and send that quote over WhatsApp.
ValoraZap does not handle payments to the end customer. Plan payments are made by the provider directly to ValoraZap.
2. Account and responsibilities
You must have legal capacity to contract, or authorisation from someone who does.
Access is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and signing out on shared devices.
3. Plans, prices and renewal
The Basic plan is free. Essencial costs R$ 50,00 per month and Pro costs R$ 89,00 per month.
Paid plans renew automatically every month. You cancel it yourself from your account or from the payments portal: access continues until the end of the period you have already paid.
- Basic: 5 free quotes (forever) and 15,000 AI tokens per day
- Essencial: 150 quotes per day and 50,000 AI tokens per day
- Pro: 500 quotes per day and 150,000 AI tokens per day
4. One-off payment
A one-off payment does not renew and gives access for 30 days.
Pix may take a few minutes to settle. The plan is activated when the bank confirms, not when you submit the request.
5. Payment methods
On the monthly subscription we accept credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Link only. Pix is not accepted on a monthly subscription, because Stripe does not make Pix Automático available to businesses domiciled in Brazil.
On the one-off payment we accept credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay and, in reais, Pix as well. In euros there is no Pix.
ValoraZap never receives or stores your card number or CVV. Apple Pay and Google Pay appear on their own on devices with a digital wallet set up.
6. Usage limits
Limits are daily and count from 00:00.
Creating and duplicating a quote both count as new; reopening or editing does not; sending by WhatsApp does not create a new quote.
When you run out, the action is blocked and you are told. You are never charged extra.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, create accounts to get around limits, send material that infringes third-party rights, or interfere with the service's operation.
ValoraZap may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms or suspected fraud.
8. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation is immediate and free, at any time, from your account or the payment portal. Access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for and there is no further charge.
Right of withdrawal (article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code): you may withdraw from the contract within 7 calendar days of contracting, with a full refund and no need to give a reason. The period counts even if you have started using the service, because the contract is made electronically.
Refunds of amounts charged in error: as soon as confirmed, to the same payment method, within 10 business days.
Outside these deadlines there is no refund of cycles already started and used.

9. Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. ValoraZap's liability is limited to what you paid in the 6 months before the event.
10. Intellectual property
The code, design and brand belong to ValoraZap. The content you write is yours.
AI-generated suggestions are not guaranteed accurate and should be checked before you send them to a customer.
11. Termination and contact
You can delete your account from Account → Danger zone.
